A medium intensity oil with low bitterness, strong pungency, and moderate fruitiness. It is quite complex, with several ripe, fruity flavors of butter, nuttiness, and apple; plus some bright, spicy, herbaceous flavors of mint, cinnamon, and chili pepper, especially green apple and black pepper.
